Matthew received his bachelor's degree at Henderson State University where he studied classical physics with a minor in philosophy. He has several years of experience in STEM and astronomy education and curriculum development, having developed curriculums used in STEM camps around California and China. His career in radiation safety began in 2021 at UCHealth in Denver, continuing to the University of Chicago in 2023. Outside of his work in radiation safety, Matthew is an aspiring author/writer, content creator, AI trainer, and traveler. He can often be found exploring Chicago's robust food scene.
